Ramatoulie has spearheaded numerous initiatives to inspire and support women in leadership, including:

Leading Women “The Gambia”: An annual publication (2017-2019) showcasing the stories of accomplished Gambian women to inspire others.

Women’s Leadership Forum: An annual event that convenes women from diverse sectors to network, share knowledge, and foster inspiration. Notable attendees have included The First Lady of The Gambia, dignitaries, and industry leaders

Key Projects and Initiatives

Capacity Building

Ramatoulie has designed and facilitated training programs to enhance leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Key initiatives include:
– Annual Women’s Leadership training for senior leaders in the private and public sectors.
Training programs for clients and young entrepreneurs, in
collaboration with organizations such as the Youth Empowerment
– Project (YEP), which include mentoring young women
entrepreneurs and connecting them with experienced
professionals for guidance
